Additionally, after submitting a transaction, you will have the option to submit a support ticket. A customer support representative will then help troubleshoot any issues you may be facing. We aim to get back to you within one hour for technical support, and one business day for all other inquiries.
Here’s how to submit a support ticket after submitting a transaction.
Step 1: From the transfer progress screen, select “Get support.”
Step 2: Fill out the contact form and add a comprehensive description of the issue you’re facing.
After submitting a ticket, a customer support representative will follow up via email to help troubleshoot your issue or answer your questions.
