PAE Operations II Ltd. (together with our subsidiaries and affiliates, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the operator of the site located at transporter.io (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share the personal information that we receive from you in connection with your use of our Website.

When you interact with the Website, we collect only:

  • Information You Provide. If you contact Website User Support, any personal information you may share with us is processed and stored for the purposes of assisting with your issue, contacting you about your case, and for the other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
  • Information We Collect Automatically. When you interact with our Website, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or device. This includes runtime logs from our technology vendors, which may collect data such as your IP address for a limited retention period. We may use this data to improve the Website. 
  • Public Blockchain Information: When you connect your wallet to the Website, we collect and log your publicly-available blockchain address. We and our service providers review your wallet using information provided by leading blockchain analytics providers to enforce the Website terms of service and to support our compliance with applicable laws. We may also receive information about your wallet address from our service providers in order to comply with our legal obligations.

Information We May Share

  • De-identified Information: We may de-identify your personal information so that you are not identifiable as an individual, and provide that information to third-parties solely for the purposes consistent with this policy. 
  • User Support Information. We work with third parties to provide user support. For example, our third-party providers assist with user support requests related to the Chainlink Network.
  • Other Instances Where We May Need to Share Your Information
    • To comply with applicable laws and to comply with lawful requests and legal processes.
    • To enforce the Website terms of service, including investigation of potential violations.
    • To detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
    • To protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) requires certain businesses to provide a CCPA Notice to California residents to explain how we collect, use, and share their personal information, and the rights and choices we offer California residents regarding our handling of their information.

  • We will respond to requests for information, access, and deletion only to the extent we are able to associate, with a reasonable effort, the information we maintain with the identifying details you provide in your request.
